• Provide a regional execution and operational delivery support for HR Technology across Europe • Ensure stable service performance, SLA compliance, and continuity of critical HR processes, including employee lifecycle and payroll support • Translate regional HR requirements into actionable system solutions • Own the resolution of incidents and service requests • Support change and release activities, including testing, deployment readiness, post-go-live support • Partner with internal and external teams to strengthen support processes, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and employee experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field • Experience in HR Technology, HRIT, or Service Delivery roles • Experience supporting HR systems and processes (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) • Strong knowledge of incident, request, and release management processes • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively • Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and improvement • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach • Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
