📋 Description

• Build partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business needs and support manufacturing technology solutions • Support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Global Manufacturing Information Systems across production facilities • Gather and analyze business requirements and evaluate solution options • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline manufacturing processes through technology and system enhancements • Document business processes, workflows, system requirements, and user, operational, and technical documentation • Scope, test, and implement application upgrades, new features, and system improvements • Deliver training and ongoing support to end users • Contribute to global projects and share knowledge with team members • Participate in system support and occasional 24x7 on-call activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or a related field • Experience supporting manufacturing systems or manufacturing applications • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a global team environment • Ability to participate in occasional 24x7 on-call support activities as required
