📋 Description

• Manage and recommend modern measurement strategies for marketing campaigns • Work with statistical modeling, experiment design for incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights and improvement opportunities using R, SQL, and Python • Communicate findings to internal Power Digital stakeholders, leading to recommended actions • Produce statistics-based performance forecasts • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Use Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Coordinate delivery with teammates using Asana • Meet KPIs for analysis quality, clarity, accuracy, timely delivery, and internal communication and teamwork

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics • Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel • Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Understanding of data science concepts like statistical modeling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure • Nice to have: Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics) • Nice to have: Experience with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking)
