📋 Description

• Bring Oatly's local brand activation calendar to life across Korea • Develop and deliver memorable events, partnerships and cultural activations • Collaborate with Commercial and Barista teams to support growth in the market • Identify opportunities to make Oatly more visible, relevant and impossible to ignore • Manage agencies and suppliers from initial brief through execution • Support budgeting, planning and reporting across activation projects • Coordinate production, logistics, staffing and onsite delivery • Partner with local and global teams to ensure every activation meets Oatly's standards • Lead local brand activations in Seoul and beyond • Report to the Executive Creative Director, International Markets, and the Country Manager APAC

🎯 Requirements

• Experience bringing brands to life through activations, events, partnerships, marketing or other consumer-facing experiences • Strong knowledge of Seoul’s food, coffee, culture, lifestyle and emerging trends • Strong network across hospitality, media, creators, communities and cultural spaces • Ability to identify opportunities and develop meaningful partnerships, launches and activations • Professional proficiency in both Korean and English • Proactive, resourceful and adaptable approach • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders • Ability to build relationships and bring people together • Comfort with change, ambiguity and occasional chaos • Calm under pressure and able to keep projects moving when plans change
