📋 Description

• Build a systematic approach to Google Ads across Search, UAC, Display & YouTube; • Developing the channel as a source of large-scale growth; • Working at the intersection of acquisition, creative, and product; • Auditing and redesigning events, analytics, and account structure for scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a similar position; • Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+; • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube); • Hands-on experience in scaling paid acquisition — proven cases of growing spend to $500k+ while maintaining efficiency; • Data & analytics proficiency: you know how events, attribution, and postbacks should be set up and work; • Great communication and ownership skills, with the ability to work in a team and ambitious.
