And in doing so, they don’t just support bold ideas—they expand their skills, broaden their expertise, and grow their careers. •As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and other business functions, and driving data-driven decision-making. You won’t just support sales teams—you’ll be an integral force in streamlining operations, maximizing efficiency, and enhancing overall revenue performance. •This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, analytics, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, analyze performance metrics, and ensure that sales initiatives are executed effectively. •Your success as a Sales Operations Specialist will be measured by your ability to enhance sales team efficiency, improve data accuracy, and drive process improvements that contribute to overall revenue growth. •Maintain and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives. •Assist in developing and enforcing sales policies, procedures, and best practices. •Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless CRM adoption and usage, troubleshooting any issues. •Ensure data integrity in CRM and other sales-related platforms by managing, updating, and cleansing records. •Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. •Generate and maintain reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness. •Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance forecasting accuracy and strategic planning. •Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across revenue-driving functions. •Support leadership in preparing key sales presentations, reports, and performance dashboards. •Help manage sales enablement initiatives, including training materials, sales playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources. •Your primary stakeholders will be sales leaders, account executives, and revenue operations teams. You’ll also work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth coordination across functions. •During the interview process, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in the following areas: Sales Process Optimization and CRM Management, Data Analysis and Forecasting, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Operational Efficiency and Problem Solving, Tech Proficiency and Time Management. •This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.

🎯 Requirements

•Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities. •At least 3 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment. •Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. •An undergraduate degree is preferred, though relevant work experience is also valued. Certifications such as an MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA will be considered as an added advantage
