• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues • Collaborate across departments • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing
🎯 Requirements
• Certification/proficiency in Epic HB Claims • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst • Strong communication skills • Process and detail-oriented • Ability to travel up to 20%
