• certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB, PB Claims • at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • ideally 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • strong communication skills with application and technical teams, and end users • process and detail-oriented • proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • ability to travel up to 25%, 10-12 times a year
