📋 Description
• support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities • resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes • implement innovative solutions for member clinics implementing Epic • align technical strategies with business objectives • foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders • develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
🎯 Requirements
• certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB, PB Claims • at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • ideally 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • strong communication skills with application and technical teams, and end users • process and detail-oriented • proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • ability to travel up to 25%, 10-12 times a year
