📋 Description

• Provide clinical expertise on design, development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of clinical and health IT systems • Perform complex builds, configurations, and testing in Epic Willow • Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to pharmacy staff and new members • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues • Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, user guides, and CDS content • Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• PhD and licensure (PharmD) required • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in acute care pharmacy operations • Substantial applied informatics background required - 3+ years' experience • Epic Willow Inpatient certification and experience required • Knowledge of the Epic Willow pharmacy information system and Epic Orders required • Availability for occasional travel up to 10%
