📋 Description
• Review claims and interpret contracts • Disperse reimbursement and ensure claims documentation is complete • Provide customer service and manage financial risk of claims block • Develop and implement a plan of action for accepted claims
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years’ experience processing first dollar medical claims or stop loss claim processing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Stop Loss Claims and Stop Loss industry preferred • Overall knowledge of health care industry • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of products
