📋 Description
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve positive outcomes. • Manage projects and prioritize tasks. • Provide regular feedback and performance management. • Collaborate with organization leadership to ensure deliverables. • Develop features and workflows for new features.
🎯 Requirements
• Required Epic certification - Willow Inpatient. • Experience with Billing and 340b is a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant analyst role with 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable. • Work history in Healthcare IT is required. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement.
