📋 Description
• Prepares, dispenses and verifies medications ordered for an assigned group of patients • Assesses, evaluates and monitors patient drug therapy • Provides drug information, patient education, and other clinical pharmacy services • Evaluates all physician orders based on a clinical assessment of the patient • Manages drug therapy to optimize patient outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy • Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Skills necessary to compound pharmaceuticals • Excellent interpersonal skills.
