📋 Description

• Embed with customer teams to understand their workflows and pain points in the Mortgage, SMB and Consumer lending space • Design and deliver technical solutions, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations that solve real business problems. • Write and ship production code across the stack (Python, Java, Go, TypeScript/React). • Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate ROI fast. • Troubleshoot gnarly technical issues in live environments and get things back on track. • Partner with the Account Management and Product teams to deliver value, and influence the roadmap. • Travel occasionally (~30–50%) to customer sites and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting. • Strong full-stack engineering chops, you can design, build, and ship scalable systems. • Backend: Java, Python, Go, microservices, APIs, distributed systems. • Frontend: React/TypeScript. • Database skills (Postgres, MySQL, data modeling). • Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, CI/CD. • Comfortable talking to execs and engineers alike; you can translate between business and tech. • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you figure it out and get it done.
