📋 Description

• Octane is revolutionizing recreational purchases by delivering a seamless, end-to-end digital buying experience. • The mission of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to identify, train, and grow auto dealerships in their territory and to continuously work to achieve origination and engagement targets. • The RSM will carry out the company’s strategies by engaging the dealership via in store visits, phone campaigns, emails, and any other means of communication that will increase the dealership and territories overall expected performance. • Develop professional relationships within the dealership that promote RoadRunner Financial and to manage the accounts to create maximum performance. • Partner with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. • Hit and exceed stated goals on a monthly and annual basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within the automotive lending industry. • Must be able to travel up to 75% throughout the assigned portfolio of dealerships. • Must be able to make travel arrangements, be comfortable with air travel, be able to drive and/or rent a car, and walk around the dealership if needed. • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. • Must have the ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically with an independent mindset. • Must be entrepreneurial with scheduling and possess outstanding time management and organizational skills. • Must be available during standard automotive business hours and available to work occasional off-hours. May also include some greater than 8 hour work days. • Ability to conduct remote meetings and/or informational sessions via Zoom or similar. • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is preferred. • Familiarity with Google suite of products is preferred. • Ability to create, comprehend and/or manipulate Tableau reporting is preferred.
