📋 Description

• Hands-on on-site support by working side-by-side with installers • Collaborate with OE Homes Delivery team to improve guides for installations • Coach installers on technical requirements and approved kit lists • Spot effective installation processes and suggest improvements • Track installer questions and feed back to design and training teams • Help prioritize properties ready for live operation • Act as a connector between housing associations, installers, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• proven experience supporting or delivering domestic solar PV and battery storage installations and necessary qualifications • Practical experience with battery commissioning, inverter setup, export settings and monitoring platforms; • Relevant electrical background or qualification, with current BS 7671 / 18th Edition knowledge or competence; • Ability to read approved designs, schematics, Bills of Materials and platform-specific installation guidance; • Strong practical problem-solving skills and the ability to turn site issues into clear feedback for design, training, data and delivery teams; • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays where required
