📋 Description
• Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of units, ensuring a high-quality student learning experience and compliance with OES and university partner academic standards • Drive academic quality and continuous improvement by overseeing quality assurance processes and facilitating collaboration between teaching and learning design teams • Provide expert guidance and resolution for complex academic matters, including student escalations, complaints, and academic integrity issues • Develop and lead a high-performing team of Online Learning Advisors, fostering teaching excellence, capability development, and a strong student-centred culture • Use performance and engagement data to optimise teaching operations, improve service delivery, and ensure timely, high-quality feedback for students • Build strong partnerships with university stakeholders and internal teams, supporting strategic initiatives, maintaining academic quality, and delivering positive partner outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Postgraduate qualification in business, education management or a law-related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise • Extensive experience teaching and leading law subjects or programs within a higher education environment • Proven academic leadership experience, including oversight of academic quality assurance, curriculum governance, and compliance with higher education standards • Demonstrated people leadership capability, including experience in performance management, performance reviews, and recruitment of staff • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret student metrics and implement targeted improvement initiatives • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
