📋 Description

• Facilitate learning activities that engage and retain students • Mark assessments and providing meaningful, constructive feedback • Support communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions – ensuring visibility to students every 24-48 hours • Collaborate with academic teams to maintain unit quality • Uphold OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a minimum postgraduate degree in Business Information System, Business Analytics or similar • 5+ years practical and industry experience working with data • Ideal candidate will demonstrate data governance, stakeholder engagement, project-based experience and applied agile principles • Understand the challenges faced by online learners • Able to manage time and responsibilities independently • Comfortable navigating online learning platforms • Passionate about helping students succeed • Flexibility to work sessional part-time: 8 hours per week. Hours may increase depending on assessment/marking cadences and the number of student groups you support. • Located in Australia • Experience teaching or studying in an online environment (desirable) • Previous teaching or mentoring experience (desirable)
