📋 Description
• Facilitate learning activities that engage and retain students • Mark assessments and provide meaningful, constructive feedback • Support communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions • Maintain visibility and responsiveness to students every 24–48 hours during the Teaching Period • Collaborate with academic teams to maintain unit quality • Uphold OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience • Support high student engagement, retention, and learning outcomes • Provide academic support within QUT Online programs delivered by Online Education Services in partnership with universities
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of practical experience in sustainability projects, strategic design, change management, and multisectoral/supply chain approaches • Expertise in design and/or systems thinking • Emotional intelligence • Stakeholder engagement skills • Innovation capability • Empathy and understanding of online learners' challenges • Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently • Comfortable navigating online learning platforms • Passion for helping students succeed • Flexibility to work sessional part-time, approximately 8 hours per week; hours may increase based on assessment/marking cadence and supported student groups • Located in Australia • Tertiary teaching experience preferred • Experience teaching or studying online desirable • Previous teaching or mentoring experience desirable • Submit a CV and cover letter outlining relevant experience and motivation
