📋 Description

• Develop and execute engagement and culture initiatives from start to finish, including strategy, planning, communication, facilitation, and post-program evaluation. • Partner with teams across the company to identify their unique engagement needs and co-create tailored solutions. • Lead workshops, interactive sessions, and team-building experiences that foster collaboration, alignment, and connection. • Collect feedback, analyze participation and impact metrics, and iterate on programs to continuously improve engagement outcomes. • Maintain clear documentation of programs, templates, and processes to enable scalability and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate closely with Learning & Development and Internal Events specialists to ensure programs are aligned and integrated. • Serve as a resource and advisor to leadership and departments on culture, engagement, and team experience best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or organizational development roles. • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects end-to-end. • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Data-informed and comfortable using feedback and metrics to improve engagement programs. • Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
