• Accurately and punctually post the vouchers/documents (accounts payable / accounts receivable) pre-sorted by our clerks. • Correctly record international documents, taking into account the applicable VAT rules and special cases. • Coordinate with the team in the mornings to clarify open questions and reconcile processing status.
• Experience in client accounting/bookkeeping, ideally as a tax assistant. • Confident user of common accounting systems such as Agenda, Addison, DATEV or Lexware. • Experience handling international invoices/documents and knowledge of VAT specifics such as reverse charge. • Reliable, precise and able to work independently, even under heavier workloads. • Availability in the mornings for coordination with the team.
• 100% remote – work completely location-independently within Germany. • Flexible scheduling in the afternoons, with a short team coordination in the morning. • Work equipment (laptop, and if required a company mobile phone) will be provided. • Short communication lines and direct contact with our clerks. • Potential for long-term collaboration if it’s a good fit for both parties.
