📋 Description

• You will independently manage bookkeeping for E‑commerce clients (accounts payable / accounts receivable) for companies preparing annual financial statements as well as for companies using income–expenditure accounting (EÜR). • You ensure complete transfer of all required data from common shop systems such as Shopify, JTL or WooCommerce and from marketplaces into the accounting system. • You handle the setup and review of the most common systems used in e‑commerce. • You communicate confidently and independently with clients as well as with government offices and authorities. • You coordinate deadlines and appointments for your client portfolio and align the necessary tasks with them. • You prepare filings and reports related to bookkeeping for our clients. • You prepare month‑end or quarter‑end closings and assist with year‑end preparation. • You have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, certified balance sheet accountant) or comparable vocational training/continuing education • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with experience in e‑commerce • Proficient with accounting systems such as Agenda and with the most common e‑commerce platforms • Quick comprehension of digital processes • Self‑reliant, structured and a hands‑on mentality • Willingness to work 100% digitally, without paper
