📋 Description

• Maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience • Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to translate technical needs • Oversee the creation, management, and execution of test plans and test cases • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure teams can successfully develop and test applications • Lead processes and create utilities to optimize the test suite • Mentorship of junior engineers and oversight of QA processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in QA, Agile Methodology, CICD, eCommerce • Strong expertise in Akamai CloudTest, JMeter, HP Load Runner, SQL, AS400, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, QA tools like qTest, JIRA, Selenium • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead QA team members Onsite and Offshore • Experience with automation and performance testing • Basic knowledge of HTML for inspect element • Ability to write SQL • Must have experience working with onsite and offshore teams
