📋 Description

• Manage and grow relationships with regional and mid-tier optical retail chains across North America • Support the Sales Director in executing national sales strategies and account-level growth plans • Own day-to-day communication with assigned accounts, ensuring strong alignment and responsiveness • Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding assortments, and developing new partnerships • Lead assortment planning, order forecasting, and sell-through analysis to optimize account performance • Prospect and onboard new regional optical accounts aligned with Pair’s growth strategy • Support pitch development, proposals, and follow-up with prospective partners • Partner with Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order flow and timely replenishment • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Merchandising on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and assortment updates • Support account reporting and business reviews, surfacing insights and growth opportunities to leadership • Monitor sell-out data and inventory levels to inform replenishment and planning decisions • Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, AOV, returns, attachment rate, campaign performance) • Maintain accurate account data and reporting across CRM and internal systems (e.g., Monday, Looker)

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in account management, wholesale, or B2B sales (preferably in retail, consumer goods, or optical) • Experience managing multiple accounts and driving revenue growth • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales and inventory data • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across operations, marketing, and planning teams • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Experience using CRM and reporting tools
