📋 Description

• Accurately identifies patient in EMR system. • Obtains and enters accurate patient demographic and financial information. • Verifies insurance eligibility using online eligibility system, payer websites or by phone call. • Generates, prints and provides patient estimates utilizing price estimator products. • Attempts to collect residual balances from previous visits. • Reviews insurance information and speaks to patients regarding available financial aid. • Uses multi-line phone system, transferring callers to appropriate patient rooms or other locations. • Escorts or transports patients in a safe and efficient manner to and from various destinations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED (Required) • One to two years precious experience in a medical office setting. • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. • Basic computer skills.
