📋 Description

• Monitor order processing within the Service/Maintenance & Facility Management team • Ensure contract-compliant and timely invoicing with clients • Perform administrative tasks related to the implementation and documentation of customer projects • Manage and monitor billing statuses and incoming payments • Prepare monthly financial statements including relevant KPIs as well as performance and earnings forecasts • Review and process supplier and subcontractor transactions • Prepare customer proposals in cooperation with project managers • Prepare cost forecasts and analyze cost-related variances

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with initial professional experience, ideally in project coordination/management • Proficient in common MS Office applications • Independent, structured and careful working style combined with commercial/entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer focus • High level of commitment, flexibility and team spirit
