📋 Description

• Design and administer the HubSpot CRM architecture • Manage Sales, Marketing and Service processes • Create pipelines, custom objects, properties, workflows and advanced automations • Administer and optimize Clio Manage • Design data relationships between HubSpot contacts/deals and Clio clients/matters • Build and maintain HubSpot–Clio integrations • Integrate Microsoft 365/Outlook, telephony, websites, forms, payments and other business systems • Use APIs, webhooks and middleware where native integrations are insufficient • Write custom code when required • Manage data migration, deduplication, governance and quality • Create management dashboards and operational reporting • Manage user permissions and access controls • Document the system and troubleshoot technical problems independently • Independently design and implement solutions from business requirements through testing, documentation and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and architecture • Strong hands-on experience with complex HubSpot workflows and automation • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot custom objects and associations • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot APIs • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs • Strong hands-on experience with webhooks • Strong hands-on experience with OAuth/API authentication • Strong hands-on experience with JSON • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python • Strong hands-on experience with data integrations and synchronisation • Strong hands-on experience with CRM data architecture • Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting integrations and workflows • Experience with Clio Manage and/or the Clio API is strongly preferred • Experience integrating CRM systems with Microsoft 365, telephony, payment systems or other SaaS platforms is a strong advantage • Experience with Zapier, Make or similar platforms is useful • Capability to work beyond no-code tools where required • CV submission required • LinkedIn profile submission required • HubSpot certifications submission required • Details of Clio experience required • Examples of personally built CRM integrations required • Examples of personally implemented APIs or custom code required • Shortlisted applicants must complete a technical assessment before interview
