📋 Description

• Design and administer the HubSpot CRM architecture • Manage Sales, Marketing and Service processes • Create pipelines, custom objects, properties, workflows and advanced automations • Administer and optimize Clio Manage • Design data relationships between HubSpot contacts/deals and Clio clients/matters • Build and maintain HubSpot–Clio integrations • Integrate Microsoft 365/Outlook, telephony, websites, forms, payments and other business systems • Use APIs, webhooks and middleware where native integrations are insufficient • Write custom code when required • Manage data migration, deduplication, governance and data quality • Create management dashboards and operational reporting • Manage user permissions and access controls • Document the system and troubleshoot technical problems independently • Design, build, test, document and maintain CRM solutions independently

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and architecture • Experience with complex HubSpot workflows and automation • Experience with HubSpot custom objects and associations • Experience with HubSpot APIs • Experience with REST APIs • Experience with webhooks • Experience with OAuth/API authentication • Experience with JSON • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python • Experience with data integrations and synchronisation • Experience with CRM data architecture • Experience troubleshooting integrations and workflows • Experience with Clio Manage and/or the Clio API strongly preferred • Experience integrating CRM systems with Microsoft 365, telephony, payment systems or other SaaS platforms is a strong advantage • Experience with Zapier, Make or similar platforms is useful • Capability to work beyond no-code tools where required • CV submission required • LinkedIn profile submission required • HubSpot certifications submission required • Details of Clio experience required in application • Examples of personally built CRM integrations required in application • Examples of personally implemented APIs or custom code required in application • Shortlisted applicants must complete a technical assessment before interview
