📋 Description

• Définir et déployer la stratégie commerciale globale (vente, revenue, distribution) du groupe • Maximiser le chiffre d’affaires hébergement et développer les revenus annexes • Élaborer et piloter les plans d’action commerciaux (Corporate, MICE, Loisirs, Groupes) • Encadrer et faire grandir les équipes Commerciales & Revenue Management • Définir la stratégie pricing, superviser les prévisions et les budgets topline • Optimiser les canaux de distribution (OTA, GDS, ventes directes) • Gérer les partenariats stratégiques et les négociations grands comptes • Suivre la performance commerciale et assurer un reporting précis • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes Marketing, Communication et Opérations • Structurer les process pour garantir excellence et efficacité commerciale

🎯 Requirements

• Solide expérience en direction commerciale et/ou revenue management dans l’hôtellerie • Première expérience en COMEX appréciée • Vision stratégique et forte orientation résultats • Leadership naturel et goût pour le travail en équipe transverse • Maîtrise des outils CRM, RMS, PMS et des KPIs hôteliers
