📋 Description
• Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc. • Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives. • Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. • Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (required) • Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets • Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations
