• Receive, review, and track trust and escrow account reconciliations submitted by title agents • Evaluate submissions for completeness and follow up with agents regarding missing information or discrepancies • Maintain accurate records and reporting related to reconciliation submissions and audit activity • Monitor and report on delinquent submissions • Generate audit and compliance-related reports for leadership and audit teams • Assist in identifying potential risk items, outstanding premium revenue, and other financial irregularities • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the audit department • Collaborate with internal auditors and agency partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent • Two or more years of administrative, operations, accounting support, audit support, compliance, or related experience • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook • Ability to learn internal systems and reporting tools quickly • Comfortable working with data, reports, and electronic documentation
