📋 Description

• Create onboarding and offboarding requests • Obtain logistics quotes for shipping employee equipment • Track equipment and company inventory • Bank reconciliations • Invoicing/Billing • Control of budget vs. actual • Management of commission payments to executives • Preparation of reports for reporting and other relevant administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable • Experience in accounts receivable • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields • Full MS Office suite; advanced Excel preferred
