📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal team to deliver transformative Oracle Retail solutions • Communicate with clients by providing on-call support as needed, during business and non-business hours • Support and troubleshoot production client environments (Cloud and on Prem env) • Take ownership of or assist with the logging, reporting, and resolution of application issues in Jira • Ensure development standards are met in all coding practices • Build and test application enhancements and modifications • Ensures adherence to OLR and customers quality standards, policies, processes and procedures • Individual contributor and collaboration with team members • Assist in the mentoring and coaching of more junior members of the team • Document knowledge articles for internal cross-training • Additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Science • 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Retail, systems integration, consulting, or managed services • Essential experience with Oracle Retail modules, specifically the Retail Integration Bus (RIB) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in cloud environments • Familiarity with additional modules is a plus • Experience in a production environment is required, including the management of incidents, problems, and change requests • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and the ability to debug packages, functions, and procedures • Basic UNIX/Linux command skills and shell scripting capabilities are an added advantage • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent client-facing communication, effective teamwork, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.
