📋 Description

• Support daily performance and continuous improvement of direct-to-consumer brands • Execute CRM activity and maintain Shopify stores • Deliver accurate ecommerce reporting • Monitor website performance and customer behaviour • Coordinate day-to-day activity with external agencies • Provide administrative and project support across ecommerce initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email service provider • Working knowledge of Shopify • Strong analytical skills with understanding of ecommerce performance metrics • Familiarity with ecommerce analytics and behavioural tools • Understanding of ecommerce optimisation principles • Experience supporting subscription models or loyalty programmes is a plus • Comfortable managing multiple priorities • Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
