📋 Description

• Define, plan, and implement automated testing strategies (Frontend and Backend) to ensure end-to-end quality across user acquisition journeys; • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams from conception (Shift-Left Testing), reviewing architectural requirements and acceptance criteria; • Ensure stability of the development pipeline by integrating and maintaining test suites in CI/CD pipelines; • Monitor and validate critical quality and performance metrics (such as Core Web Vitals) that directly impact the organic ranking of the group's brands; • Promote a culture of quality within the multidisciplinary team, serving as a reference and mentor in QA best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven and consolidated experience as a QA Engineer / Quality Assurance professional, with a strong focus on test automation; • Proficiency in modern frontend and E2E automation frameworks (such as Playwright or Cypress); • Strong experience in API (REST/GraphQL) and microservices test automation; • Solid experience with integration, contract, regression, and smoke testing; • Experience integrating tests into Continuous Integration pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins); • Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps culture; • Experience with performance and load testing (tools such as k6, Lighthouse, or JMeter); • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem architecture and messaging/event systems (Kafka, SQS/SNS); • Experience using AI tools to optimize testing workflows (for example, structured prompts for test generation or coding copilots such as Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, Claude); • Previous experience working in large-scale e-commerce contexts and/or experimentation teams (A/B testing).
