• Target Management: Translate high-level revenue directives into individual and team targets, ensuring meritocracy and alignment with market potential (territories and customer profiles); • Incentive Modeling: Design, implement, and manage variable compensation models and incentive campaigns, ensuring that rewarded behaviors generate maximum revenue; • Monitoring and Forecasting: Lead performance review rituals (Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews) and provide clear visibility of the gap vs. targets for the executive team; • Sales Productivity: Analyze the sales funnel and conversion KPIs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate revenue; • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Revenue Strategy (alignment of potential), Pricing (alignment of offers and approval levels), Data (enabling dashboards and data integrity) and Commercial Operations (ensuring that training, process flow and tools support target achievement and execution agility).
• Experience: Solid track record in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning or Commercial Finance in senior leadership positions; • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex numbers into clear action plans for the sales team. Advanced experience in incentive modeling; • Influential Leadership: Ability to operate between the executive level and the front-line sales team, being a partner to Sales while maintaining analytical rigor; • Mindset: Relentless focus on results, resilience and a vision for scalable processes. • Advantage: Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer segmentation (Key Accounts vs. SMB).
