📋 Description

• Develop backend applications to support financial workflows • Conduct code reviews for other team members • Create documentation, including design documents and postmortems • Design cloud-based system architectures • Collaborate with the team and participate in defining technical solutions • Challenge assumptions and solve complex problems • Lead the team’s technical and business direction, pursuing high-value deliveries and technical excellence • Contribute to the continuous improvement of squads, with a medium- to long-term perspective • Integrate financial releases and ensure account closing at the OLX Group level

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing with Node.js and Golang, or with at least one programming language • Strong knowledge of cloud applications and services • Experience developing distributed, event-driven applications • Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases, with experience using relational and non-relational databases • Experience developing scalable applications • Experience monitoring application observability in production • Knowledge of Git, GitLab CI, and Docker • Experience in financial billing is desirable and considered a plus
