📋 Description

• Independent analysis, assessment and commentary of contracts for high‑voltage overhead line projects. • End‑to‑end contract management across the entire project lifecycle in cooperation with project management and the relevant specialist departments. • Development of project‑ and supplier‑specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and executive/project management. • Coordination and operational implementation of measures to assert or defend against claims for additional compensation, as well as handling scope changes and construction schedule disruptions. • Support in schedule, cost and performance control. • Evaluation of opportunities and risks based on contract analysis and project progress. • Support in developing processes and in the further development of existing processes and strategies within claim management. • Operational interface between specialist departments, project teams, stakeholders and the Head of Contract Management. • Compliance with and application of relevant standards and regulations for occupational health and safety, accident prevention, environmental protection and data protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in a technical, legal or business discipline, or an equivalent qualification. • Extensive (>= 5 years) professional experience in contract and claim management for large‑scale construction projects, ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy. • Strong knowledge of the applicable regulatory frameworks (VOB, HOAI, etc.). • In‑depth contractual, commercial and technical knowledge. • Structured, reliable and analytical way of working. • Proactive and communicative personality with a solution‑oriented approach. • Negotiation‑level German language skills. • Driver’s license class B. • Willingness to travel (as required for projects).
