• Aufbau des AllDent Standorts in Hannover von der Gründung eines Startups • Management und Gesamtverantwortung der Zahnklinik • Führung der kaufmännischen und nicht-zahnärztlichen Bereiche • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der medizinischen Leitung und der Geschäftsleitung • Weiterentwicklung der internen Arbeitsprozesse und Abläufe • Sicherstellen einer ausgewogenen Personaleinsatzplanung • Vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung für den externen Dienstleister
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder medizinisches Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Teams • Gründungsmentalität • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer koordinierenden und administrativen Position • Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Prozess-Management • Die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre zu schaffen • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
