📋 Description

• Analyze data to support strategic and commercial decisions. • Automate reports and data processes, leveraging traditional tools and generative AI solutions to achieve scalability. • Prepare market and competitor studies. • Diagnose problems by mapping root causes and identifying opportunities. • Monitor KPIs and track the execution of initiatives with Business, Tech, Data, Product and Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in: Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or Economics/Finance. • Solid experience in data analysis, product, business, or strategic planning. • Proficiency in SQL (Databricks), Power BI (or similar) and advanced Excel. • Intermediate knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automations. • Practical experience using AI applied to data (e.g., using LLMs and copilots to extract insights and optimize code). • Analytical profile, problem-solving oriented, with strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders. • Differentials: Experience in the financial market (fintechs/banks) and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure).
