• Provide support to OneFlow customers via chat and phone. • Perform remote access to customers' machines to assist when necessary. • Create step-by-step procedures for actions performed in the system, in image/text or video formats, to resolve customer questions. • Escalate systemic issues and problems that appear to have no solution to the Product Specialists team for validation and resolution. • Redirect any chat or phone inquiries outside your area of responsibility to the appropriate department to ensure customers get help from the right team. • Act in a consultative manner and deliver empathetic, human-centered customer service to all users.
• Enrolled in or graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any technology- or business-related field. • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. • Experience handling multiple concurrent customer interactions required. • Experience with ERP systems is desirable. • Experience with payroll processing is required.
