📋 Description

• Provide support to Omie clients via chat and phone to resolve customer inquiries. • Perform remote access to clients' machines to diagnose and resolve issues. • Create step-by-step guides for procedures performed in the system in image/text or video format. • Escalate systemic issues to the Product Specialists team. • Redirect or transfer support requests when necessary. • Handle chat inquiries related to invoice rejection issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree (preferred). • Knowledge of the Omie system (preferred). • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (preferred). • Approximately 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant.
