📋 Description
• Map and understand users' pains, goals and needs using product discovery techniques such as interviews, surveys, and tests to guide the creation of high-value solutions. • Advocate for the value of design on behalf of users in discussions with your team to promote a culture of excellence in user experience. • Develop solution ideation using digital or analog tools that facilitate understanding and discussion of alternative solutions. • Design and conduct user tests and interviews, in-person or remote, to validate proposed solution hypotheses and increase their chances of success. • Create end-to-end product journeys, providing the flows and visual assets necessary for development. • Ensure the quality of the product delivered to the end user, aiming to guarantee an excellent user experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Design or Marketing. • Basic knowledge of design software (especially Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator). • Strong communication and collaboration skills within the team, especially to explain your design decisions. • Familiarity with information hierarchy, design patterns and best practices for UX and UI design. • Humility in giving and receiving feedback, comfortable with an iterative and evolving design process. • At least 1 year of experience working on digital product projects.
