📋 Description

• Develop highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system • Master the software’s back-end architecture and contribute to it by analyzing its components, organization, and functionality • Ensure best practices in the development of manual or automated tests and software requirements • Identify and test business and architecture solutions through communication and knowledge sharing with the development team • Participate in tactical and operational discussions and in defining the department’s annual goals on technical matters, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concept initiatives • Mentor, train, and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architecture, and design solutions while sharing knowledge • Ensure the development team meets its short- and medium-term goals, with the ability to modify practices, standard procedures, and task prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, another IT-related field, or Engineering is preferred • Knowledge of ERP system functionality is preferred • Knowledge of system development languages: CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, C# • Knowledge of relational databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL • Knowledge of cloud computing platform services: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud • Familiarity with source code management tools: Git, SVN • Experience performing unit tests • Understanding of the fundamental principles behind scalable applications • Experience developing in accordance with OWASP guidelines • Experience working in customer service or customer support • Experience working collaboratively in a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate English proficiency • At least 2 years of experience in the field
