📋 Description

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years across business operations, deal desk, legal operations, or contract management with meaningful commercial responsibility • A strong grasp of deal economics — pricing, packaging, discounting, and revenue mechanics • A JD or equivalent legal training, with sharp instincts across commercial, corporate, and compliance matters • Experience with security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) • Exposure to financing or M&A transactions • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
