📋 Description

• The Junior Lawyer will join the Counterclaims team, which is part of Omni’s Litigation Legal Department, to handle and execute legal and administrative matters focused on strategic civil litigation, with emphasis on banking and consumer law, and the management of external law firms. • Responsibilities include analyzing judicial and extrajudicial documents, scheduling deadlines, drafting procedural documents of medium complexity, preparing responses to judicial and extrajudicial notices, drafting legal opinions and reports, conducting doctrinal and case-law research, and recording and updating information in the case management system, while maintaining ongoing interaction with internal and external clients. • Implement action plans and preventative measures to ensure effective case handling and risk mitigation, applying the department’s strategies and reporting performance indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Previous experience as a Lawyer; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with electronic case management systems; • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills; • Analytical and strategic thinking, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. • Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure or Civil Law (preferred); • Experience in banking and consumer law (preferred); • Experience in mass litigation/large-scale litigation (preferred).
