• Conduct structured, critical analysis of credit proposals with a focus on risk, profitability and compliance with policies. • Define and review credit strategies, continuously proposing improvements to underwriting criteria based on data, portfolio behavior and the economic scenario. • Provide consultative support to the agent network, commercial areas and internal teams, serving as a technical credit reference. • Lead trainings, workshops and refreshers on policies, products and credit best practices for the network and internal teams. • Identify, analyze and report indications of fraud, acting proactively to mitigate risks and improve controls. • Lead and/or actively participate in credit committees, with autonomy to recommend and decide on exception cases. • Review, update and propose credit policies, rules and procedures (including compliance and governance), ensuring regulatory adherence and market best practices. • Map failures, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities in the credit desk processes, structuring solutions together with the coordinator and PO/DEVs. • Participate in and lead homologation/testing processes for system changes and operational improvements. • Develop executive materials and strategic presentations for senior management, including analyses and recommendations. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area (approvals, declines, delinquency, etc.), proposing actions to optimize results. • Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and process compliance. • Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, promoting the technical development of the team. • Participate in strategic area projects (implementation of new products, policies, tools or credit models). • Collaborate with areas such as risk, collections, commercial, product and technology to align strategies and enable integrated decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree completed • Solid experience in credit analysis within the vehicle/automotive segment • Strong command of financial and credit risk analysis (financial indicators, cash flow, indebtedness, repayment capacity, etc.) • Experience analyzing and monitoring credit KPIs (approvals, delinquency, losses, Overs, etc.) • Experience leading credit committees and making decisions in risk scenarios • Intermediate Office Suite skills (Excel and PowerPoint) • Organized, able to manage priorities and perform in dynamic environments • Clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to interact across all horizontal areas • Proactive profile, with autonomy and critical thinking to propose improvements and challenge the status quo • Knowledge of regulations and market best practices (e.g., guidelines from the Central Bank of Brazil)
