📋 Description

• Lead the calculation and management of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and mitigating risks. Emphasis on PIS / COFINS and ISS. • Analyze and interpret tax legislation, assess impacts on operations, and propose technical and strategic solutions. • Review and validate tax filings and ancillary obligations, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to legal requirements. • Act strategically in tax inspections, audits, and administrative proceedings, reviewing notices of assessment and preparing technical support for defenses. • Develop and implement continuous improvements in tax processes, promoting operational efficiency and compliance. • Advise internal teams on tax matters related to operations, projects, contracts, and corporate restructurings.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. • Solid experience in Tax/Tributary areas, with work involving direct and indirect taxes. • Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation. • Proven experience in tax calculation and fulfillment of tax reporting obligations. • Experience with tax inspections, tax audits, and administrative tax procedures. • Advanced knowledge of tax systems and ERPs (e.g., SAP or similar). • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
