📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Field Service solutions supporting technician experience and field operations • Automate workflows using Salesforce AI capabilities • Improve technician productivity and customer experiences • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions • Build, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering team in India • Coach, mentor, and develop engineers • Establish engineering processes, team norms, and best practices • Provide technical leadership for Field Service architecture, platform strategy, and engineering standards • Guide solution design across Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, Platform Events, integrations, and related Salesforce technologies • Lead Agile planning, sprint execution, release management, and software delivery • Manage technical debt, platform modernization, risks, and delivery blockers • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Architecture, and Engineering teams • Communicate technical strategy, delivery progress, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership • Promote AI-assisted development, security, quality, CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 2 to 4 years leading engineering teams • Hands-on experience implementing or developing solutions on Salesforce Field Service • Strong experience delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including Service Cloud • Strong technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and platform architecture • Demonstrated success hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams • Experience leading Agile software development teams through the full software development lifecycle • Experience establishing engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and operational excellence • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across distributed global teams
