📋 Description

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle of Brand & Template Management • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Define and evolve product vision and strategy • Create and manage the product plan as part of the business planning cycle • Appraise new product ideas against strategic intent and commercial objectives, and define appropriate go‑to‑market plans • Engage with the market (customers, partners, ecosystem) for feedback and insights • Align stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure product success • Own and communicate the commercial product roadmap to relevant stakeholders • Lead cross‑departmental go‑to‑market planning and support successful launches of new features or markets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Product Led Growth strategies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority • Curiosity and the ability to understand the perspectives of customers and colleagues • A clear commercial mindset and comfort balancing product and business considerations • Fluency in English (required); German is a plus
