📋 Description

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in national healthcare systems. • Identify policy priorities and share insights with leadership. • Educate stakeholders to influence medical policy decisions and improve access. • Collaborate on value dossiers and adapt value propositions to local needs. • Support pricing strategy implementation and value-based contracting. • Analyze pricing data, including External Reference Pricing. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Customer Care to align on access strategies. • Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics and payer needs. • Drive access mindset through training and communication initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy and/or health economics, or the equivalent. • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales or market access (preferably with diabetes products/medical devices). • Strong knowledge of Government requirements, standards and processes in Switzerland and Austria including experience with national authorities. • Experience in Health Economics, in particular modelling and cost-effectiveness analysis. • Proven experience in value demonstration, value dossier and value communication. • Relationships with decision makers and key influencers.
