📋 Description

‱ Responsible for strategic management and growth of OmniShelf's most important strategic partner accounts (in particular makers and sellers of PDA devices, POS Systems, Planograms, Cloud services, CRM, ERP, Task management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Retail consultants). ‱ Responsible for tactical management and growth of OmniShelf channel partners responsible for specific countries commercialization, implementation and contract maintenance. ‱ Develop and implement partnership programs for channel partners per country in the area of commercialization, implementation and contract maintenance. ‱ Maintain solid understanding of OmniShelf propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest. ‱ Drives gross sales by expanding OmniShelf’s footprint and solution adoption primarily through redistribution deals. ‱ Retains revenue by focusing on maintaining overall partner engagement and interest. ‱ Handle internal and external partners and maintain networks to negotiate and close deals and scale the partner business. ‱ Exhibits a strong sense of initiative and passion for the role. ‱ Oversees all cross-divisional activities within mature partner accounts, leading the end-to-end partner relationship.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Strategic Partnerships/Channel Management experience: Ranging 3-5 years of working experience in client-facing roles, with strong understanding of partners, redistribution commercial and partner usage models; with proven track record in building partnership programs. ‱ Strong understanding and experience of redistribution deal construction, contracting and governance requirements. ‱ Demonstrated ability to identify and monetize opportunities with new and existing partners. ‱ Strong negotiation, interpersonal and collaboration skills. ‱ Ability to articulate complex propositions. ‱ Ability to effectively collaborate with sales team members globally. ‱ Industry Knowledge: nice to have 3-5 years of experience working in Retail industry - in particular for retail tech companies, FMCG/CPG brands, or traditional Retailers. ‱ Presentation and Communication Skills: Ability to deliver presentations to executives and communicate at all levels within an organization. ‱ Language Proficiency: Essential proficiency in English is mandatory and with an additional proficiency language will be a strong advantage (French, German, Spanish, Polish, Czech, etc.) ‱ Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Technology, or a related field.
